Beyond the majority of such convictions, the Criminal Records Act lists specific offences-current and historical-in two Schedules to the Act (Schedule 1 and Schedule 2). Since March 13th,2012 individuals seeking record suspensions for Schedule 1 offences became ineligible unless exception criteria in the Act are met. Schedule 2 offence convictions may still be granted a record suspension the offence did not involve a child.
