We are the Collectif pour une école primaire à Griffintown, a group advocating for the construction of an elementary school in Griffintown. CLC is a stakeholder in the disposition of land on Bassins Street in Montréal to the Ministère de l'éducation du Québec for the construction of the elementary school in question. During September 11, 2023’s Sud-Ouest borough council meeting, Mayor Benoit Dorais mentioned that CLC drew up a legal opinion concerning the disposition (see here for the excerpt: https://fb.watch/nkf9_NKm2H/). As such, we would like to obtain copies of the following documents: - The legal opinion provided by CLC to the Ville de Montréal concerning the disposition of land on Bassins Street - The Ville de Montréal’s request to CLC that led to the production of this legal opinion - All other exchanges and communications between CLC and the Ville de Montréal concerning the disposition of land on Bassins Street.Organization: Canada Lands Company CLC Limited

Hello, I would like to obtain all reports, briefing notes, presentations and administrative directives concerning the use of official languages in the Parliament of Canada, including the House of Commons and the Senate over the past 5 years (2019 to 2023). The use of official languages touches on the following subjects: the experiences/stories of employees (political and non-political) and parliamentarians (MPs and Senators); the staffing of bilingual and non-bilingual positions, the right to work in the official language of one's choice, the right to an offer of services in both official languages, interpretation in parliamentary proceedings, translation of parliamentary documents and the formulation of bills in both official languages. DDP# DDPl-540-22-1545: Refection de la chambre des compteurs d’eau, September 16, 2022; Unfortunately, their client, the Old Port of Montréal Corporation, refuses to provide the results to my client, if the request is not made in writing. Consequently, we would like to obtain the results of these two (2) calls for tenders, i.e.: The names of the companies bidding on each call for tenders; The amount bid, by each company, for each call for tenders; The name of the company selected for each tender; And the amount awarded for said contracts.
