The Acquisition Business Plan was part of the documents annexed to the final Agreement of Purchase and Sale with the Government of Canada (Public Services and Procurement Canada) dated July 2020. Records, reports, briefing notes, or statistics about cases where a person's race, ethnicity, sex, gender, disability, or religion was used as a factor to select that candidate over other candidate(s), or to appoint such candidate without competition; 2. Copies of internal, external, advertised or non-advertised postings for Government of Canada positions for which only candidates of a certain race, ethnicity, sex, gender, disability or religion were allowed to apply; 3. Copies of internal, external, or non-advertised postings for Government of Canada positions where the process was originally opened to all qualified candidates, but was subsequently limited to candidates of a certain race, ethnicity, sex, gender, disability or religion; 4.
