For both a) and b) we request all records dating back to the first such consultation or engagement which likely began in or around January 1, 2017. These records may include but are not limited to: records of engagements, records of individual comments, original correspondence, written materials or documents, written presentations and meeting notes, minutes or transcripts. The requester is aware of certain documents that are available publicly via the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry (the "Registry") and requests only those documents which have not already been made available via the Registry. In so far as they are available, digital copies of documents are preferred. The requester requests any records that do not require consultation or notification to be sent by a preliminary release.
