Requesting information on the processing of child adoption visas for Canadian families adopting a child from west Africa and processing the application through the High Commission office in Ghana. I will like the information over the period of the last 5 years that indicates the country the child is adopted from, the ethnicity of the adopting family (sponsor), date of application, how long it took for the application to be assigned to an officer, how long it took for the visa to be issued/declined, if the application was incomplete, if the application was fraudulent. This essence is to determine the average processing time for adoption visa application by ethnicity of adopting parents. Note that we do not need the names, or age of the child and families.
