I am looking for personal case files for the Maekawa family, who were Japanese Canadians living in Nanaimo before WWII. The files are with the Office of the Custodian of Enemy Property. Chiyotaro Maekawa has an index card #1515 on reel c9301. The personal case file # on the index card is 1696 which is on reel c9323. However, the reel has not been digitized. The second personal file is for Tamaye Maekawa, Chiyotaro's wife. Her index card is #1525 on reel c9301. The personal case file # is 2550, which is on reel c9330, which is not yet digitized. Noboru Maekawa, their son, is the last one with a file. His index card is 1520, reel c9301, and his personal file # is 228, which is on reel c9305, which is not digitized.

I am looking for the personal files for the Terashita family, which lived in Nanaimo, B.C. before WWII. Their files were with the Office of the Custodian of Enemy Property. The father was Tokuzo Terashita, whose index card # is 4132, on reel c9303. His personal File # is 1584, which is on reel c9321, which is not digitized. His wife, Tei, has a personal file numbered 1418, which should be on reel c9319, which is also not digitized. Their son Kenichi has a file numbered 2248, on reel c9328. There are also files for Mitsuo Terashita (230), Kenji Terashita (349) and Haruo (232). They should all be on reel c9305, but are not digitized. Finally, there is one more sister, Shizue Sakai (file number 5793), which should be on reel c9361, which is not digitized.
