I am applying under the Access to Information Act for the following records: The number of parolees who see sex workers, pay for sexual services or encounters, visit massage parlours, or meet women to have their sexual needs met, and the parole officer, case manager or parole board is aware of this and or has permitted this. Please include the offence or offences for which the offender was convicted, the status of their conditional release (for example: escorted or unescorted temporary absences, day parole or full parole) and their risk level of reoffending. Please provide me with any and all documents reports, correspondence, emails, briefing notes, interviews, statements, hearing decisions and communications records in anyway relating to the decision to allow, or the awareness of parolees to see sex workers, pay for sexual services or encounters, visit massage parlours, or meet women to have their sexual needs met. The time frame for this request is for the past five years, between February 1 ,2015 and February 1, 2020.
