Irrefutable evidence and supporting documentation confirming why the 6” testing mechanism of the PCR and/or Rapid Test has to touch the cribiform plate at the back of your nasal cavity and aggressively and painfully twisted against 4 or 5 times in order to “collect” a proper specimen to sample. The nose, mouth and throat are all connected. An active respiratory virus will be found in the mouth and throat mucous secretions, as well as the nose. Blowing your nose in a Kleenex will offer a large enough specimen to sample from without potentially damaging or puncturing the blood-brain barrier. Being that all medical devices with regards to SARS-CoV-2 cloth/surgical/procedure masks, PCR and/or rapid tests, and all Covid-19 “vaccines” are only “authorized for use” under the Interim Health Order issued by Health Canada relating to the State of Emergency; are not approved or licensed in the conventional sense. Please clarify how provincial “mask mandates” under the current State Of Emergency are lawful, enforceable and punishable by a monetary penalty for non-compliance when the Canadian Bill of Rights clearly states; the right of the individual to life, liberty, security of person, etc. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms under Section 7 protects our right to liberty, bodily integrity and autonomy, and to choose what essential medical care we receive or procedures/treatments we undergo.
