In November, 2013, the OCI published a report titled “A Case Study of Diversity in Corrections: The Black Inmate Experience in Federal Penitentiaries Final Report.” That report was based in part on interviews and focus groups conducted with Black prisoners. Last year’s annual report included an update to the Black experiences report based on additional interviews. I would like anonymized copies of the notes taken during these interviews.Organization: The Correctional Investigator Canada
