In 2017, OCOL conducted a survey of all the parties involved in complaint investigations to determine the level of client satisfaction. The purpose of the survey was to improve services. This access to information request is for a copy of the survey report and all documents (such as meeting reports, e-mails and briefing notes) that concern the analyses of the survey, any recommendations received, and the follow-ups.
