Some applicants file for judicial review upon the refusal of their applications. A percentage of these JR cases succeed, and the Federal Court orders IRCC to reopen the cases or they settle with IRCC. I was wondering what percentage of such reopened applications get approved. I am specifically looking for the statistics for 2019, 2020, and 2021. Again I'd be grateful if you share the number of: (1) reopened cases because of a Judicial Review (whether settled before the hearing or when the decision allows the JR); and (2) the number of reopened cases that got approved in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
