Some applicants file for judicial review upon the refusal of their applications. A percentage of these JR cases succeed, and the Federal Court orders IRCC to reopen the cases or they settle with IRCC. I was wondering what percentage of such reopened applications get approved. I am specifically looking for the statistics for 2019, 2020, and 2021.
