Please provide the total annual number of appeals heard by the Veterans Review and Appeal Board between FY 2018 and 2022, broken down according to virtual and in-person review hearings. Due to changes in business processes and how the information was captured for in-person and virtual hearings during the period of 2018-2022, it is not possible to accurately report on the breakdown.
