Specifically, (1) the number of H&C applications that were processed in each year in the last 3 years, (2) the number of H&C applications that were approved for each of the last 3 years, (3) the average processing times from receipt of H&C application to stage 1 decision, and (4) the average processing time from stage 1 (positive) decision to final decision/granting of PR in the last 3 years. If statistics are not available for the last 3 years (2021, 2022, 2023), I would like statistics for the most recently-available 3 years.
