I am seeking information regarding the following aircraft incident: at 1:46 p.m. on 15 November 2021, a privately registered Cessna R182 aircraft (registration C-FBKJ, serial number R18200149) departed on a visual flight rules (VFR) flight plan from Nanaimo Airport (CYCD), British Columbia (BC), to Glacier Park International Airport (KGPI), Montana, United States. The filed flight plan showed a direct route from CYCD to KGPI, flown at an altitude of 10 500 feet above sea level (ASL). A pilot and 1 passenger were on board. The aircraft crashed. A TSB investigation was conducted regarding the incident (Air transportation safety investigation report A21P0124). I am specifically looking for the following: a copy of the flight plan, a copy of the TSB Laboratory Report LP171/2021 including an electronic copy of all data used in the production of LP171/2021, Digital copies of all on-scene photographs taken by the TSB investigators, (copies of digital images, a copy of investigators notes, a copy of any radar data obtained for the investigation, a transcript of any conversations between the pilot and air traffic control, a copy of the aircraft Journey Logbook, a copy of the aircraft Technical Logbooks, a copy of any insurance certificate/proof of insurance, correspondence between Nav Canada and the TSB, correspondence between any insurance adjuster and/or Underwriter and the TSBOrganization: Transportation Safety Board of Canada
