Transitional Period

Federal departments are moving their web content to Canada.ca. As a part of that process, proactive disclosure reports will become available through the Open Government portal.  During this transition, if a proactive disclosure report from a specific department is not yet available on the Open Government portal please refer to Proactive disclosure by department or agency where a copy can be found.  For any questions on this issue, please contact us at open-ouvert@tbs-sct.gc.ca .

Req # A-2019-00065

I would like a copy of any legislated or VA internal policy in relation to time frames set out for the processing of claim/requests. Also for time frames for other requested or available services/assistance including but not limited to family support/financial/health programs requested by a Veteran or available to them. I also wish to receive a copy of the internal policy for the VIP programs and grounds for disruption of such service. Example a vet is approved for the program what policy stated it can either be stopped or cancelled and for what reasons and how is the Veteran to be alerted to this.
