The requester is aware of certain documents that are available publicly via the Canadian Impact Assessment Registry (the "Registry") and requests only those documents which have not already been made available via the Registry. In so far as they are available, digital copies of documents are preferred. The requester requests any records that do not require consultation or notification to be sent by a preliminary release.
