With regards to the 2019 election: a) documents listing all Transfer Certificates requested. The listing should include: date, province, city, electoral district, address of the original polling station for the voter, address of the alternative polling station the person was transferred to, and the nature of the barriers at the home polling station; b) documents listing all Transfer Certificates received at the alternative polling stations. One of the over-arching purposes of this is to determine how many Transfer Certificates were issued and how many resulted in actual votes, per polling station.
