Transitional Period

Federal departments are moving their web content to Canada.ca. As a part of that process, proactive disclosure reports will become available through the Open Government portal.  During this transition, if a proactive disclosure report from a specific department is not yet available on the Open Government portal please refer to Proactive disclosure by department or agency where a copy can be found.  For any questions on this issue, please contact us at open-ouvert@tbs-sct.gc.ca .

Req # A-2019-00053

I am interested in accessing the health records for the employees from Luminous Processes and Westclox who were tested by the Nuclear Safety Commission. There were several doctors who were monitoring these tests: Dr. P. Bird, Dr. DeaJupta and Dr. Dewar. I understand there are many issues surrounding the release of health records. Therefore, if possible, could I access the test results without names attached? In the information package sent to me in August, there was a report conducted by engineer Vera Carter. In that report she cites nine locations in the City of Peterborough that held licences with the Nuclear Safety Commission / CNSC. I would like to have copies of the decommissioning tests and mitigation procedures for each of these locations. I would provide the addresses to you; however, they were not disclosed in Ms. Carter’s report. The location 165 King St. in the City of Peterborough had several detailed mitigation events which were outlined in the last series of information that I received. Could you please provide the decommissioning procedures and final radium test results for the Westclox building on Hunter St. East?
