Obtain a copy of each report and or summary held by the Privacy Commissioner allowing me to see which federal departments and agencies have reported the loss or theft of documents, hardware / objects / USB key, laptop computer equipment and/or personal/sensitive information and this only between the periods of October 19th, 2018 to this day, February 15th, 2019. The documents should show the name of the department or agencies as well as provide a summuary and description of what was lost/stolen, with dates, year, etc.
