a) A copy of the agreement reached between CCOHS and the Treasury Board that ended the claw-back of money CCOHS earned during a given fiscal year in which normally had to be returned to the federal government. b) Indicate the life of this agreement and whether it is renewed annually or at some other time. c) Provide an explanation of this contract and how it came to be. d) What motivated CCOHS to make this request to Treasury Board. e) What rationale did CCOHS provide to the Treasury Board that convinced them to agree to this and what conditions if any were added to this agreement which CCOHS must comply with. f) Explain if the Federal Government is reducing the amount of money they provide to CCOHS annually in exchange for allowing CCOHS to keep the money it earns. g) What is the agreement if CCOHS finds itself in a position where it is not earning enough money and has a shortfall, will the Federal Government halt its reduced financial commitments to CCOHS or possibly increase them? h) Provide the minutes and any other related documents where the subject of this agreement was discussed with the CCOHS Council of Governors since 2011.
