Provide 2017, 2018 background, both ministerial directions on how countries’ human rights abuses are to be taken into account in CCC defense contracting and the weighing (rights versus sales or military use of contract products on civilians/foreign countries) going ahead with contracts, that can prevent CCC collecting commission fees, can result in contract cancellation.
