Any and all written communications relating to statistical data on the dismissal and/or referral rates of race-based complaints, as compared to complaints brought on other grounds of discrimination. 2. Disaggregated data by year and prohibited grounds of discrimination with respect to the following Commission decisions: (a) total number of complaints accepted, (b) number of decisions to “deal with” under s. 41 of the CHRA, (c) number of decisions “not to deal with” under s. 41 of the CHRA, (d) number of decisions to refer a complaint to the Tribunal under s. 44(3)(a) and/or s. 49 of the CHRA, and (e) number of decisions to dismiss a complaint under s. 44(3)(b) of the CHRA. 3.
