I am writting for requesting the IRCC work permit processing manual/grogram guide/internal instructions/... related of C11 LMIA exempted work permit. So far we could only get some very general requirements about economic, cultural, and community benefit to Cansda as the creteria to grant work permit. However, we cannot get any specific and guideline to direct us for applying C11 work permit. We do not want to waste client's money, and officers' time to do something impossible. It will be great if we could know who can do it and who cannot definitely
