Completed Access to Information Requests

Transitional Period

Federal departments are moving their web content to Canada.ca. As a part of that process, proactive disclosure reports will become available through the Open Government portal.  During this transition, if a proactive disclosure report from a specific department is not yet available on the Open Government portal please refer to Proactive disclosure by department or agency where a copy can be found.  For any questions on this issue, please contact us at open-ouvert@tbs-sct.gc.ca .

According to other access to information requests a decision was made by staff that REGDDOC-1.1.1, Licence to Prepare Site and Site Evaluation for Reactor Facilities, would not apply to existing reactor facilities. Please provide all documents, meeting minutes or emails that document the reasoning and justification for this decision. Please note that the response letter I received for request A-2015-00125 states “UntIL the Regulatory Document is approved by the Commission for final publication, no internal discussions will be released". In line with this justification, REGDOC-1.1.1 has now been approved by the Commission, which permits the release of the requested documents.
