This request was sent to both the Minister and the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada. A response letter to this request was issued on November 2, 2021. I am requesting final versions of all records - including all electronic communications, emails and correspondence; all documents like briefing notes, reports, summaries, meeting/call records and notes, recommendations, and any other relevant documentation - pertaining to this request during the period between May 28th, 2021 and November 2, 2021.
