I am seeking IRCC policies in relation to all procedures IRCC employees/officers have duty to follow in handling claim of refugees. Even if I am seeking all polices related to this procedure, mostly I am interested in next: 1) Policies describing possible duties of IRCC employees/officers to provide to Refugee Claimant information about financial support available to that Refugee Claimant for period of time until that Refugee Claimant will be able to earn income by himself/herself. 2) Polices describing possible duties of IRCC employees/officers to accept from Refugee Claimant documents (like evidence) supporting Refugee Claim, if Refugee Claimant wish to provide those documents to IRCC officers/employees. 3) Policies describing issue, whether IRCC employees/officers do have power to approve Claim of Refugee Claimant without referring it towards Immigration and Refugee Board. 4) Policies describing specific procedures IRCC employees/officers have duty to follow in producing Report under subsection 44(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. 5) Policies describing issue, whether it can be that IRCC employees/officers have duty to produce some other reports in handling claims of Refugees (depending on documents inside that the Claim). 6) Policies describing issue, what should be actions of IRCC employees/officers in situation, when Refugee Claimant makes decision to revoke some of those Refugee Claimants signatures, if in view of Refugee Claimants that signature was obtained under pressure and/or duress of IRCC employees/officers towards Refugee Claimant.
