Copy of any and all documents or information, from May 23, 2014 to June 30, 2017, with regards to each and every courier and out of town truck trips, including the following documents: 1) trip itinerary; 2) travel authority; 3) all invoices related to the trip; 4) UMANA records of hours for any employee assigned to the trip in any capacity (driver, passenger, courier) as well as the same data for one week prior to the trip and two weeks after for these same employees; 5) any record of a) overtime worked b) overtime claimed and c) overtime compensated; 6) contracts and hours worked or billed by contractors for/to the Gallery; 7) per diem amounts paid to employees and/or contractors for each trip; 8) truck log; and 9) risk assessment for each trip
