I would like all final and interlocutory decisions of the Immigration Division or Immigration Appeal Division that meet the following criteria: 1. The decision was rendered after January 1, 2017 2. The decision arose from an admissibility hearing that was referred to the Immigration Division after June 18, 2013 3. The Minister alleged that the applicant was inadmissible for engaging in espionage under paragraph 34(1)(a) of the IRPA or for being of an organization that engaged in espionage under paragraph 34(1)(f). In all cases, I would like a copy of the A44(1) report underlying the referral along with the written decision. If the decision was made orally, please state the file number and include the transcript or recording. If the Minister appealed, please include the decision of the Immigration Appeal Division or if no decisions was made, the Notice of Appeal. If judicial review was sought by the person concerned, please include the application for leave and for judicial review if on file.
