Req # 2A-2021-56157

We are looking for any and all final version of government documents on how IRCC Officer's evaluate international adoptions. In the "old days" there use to be an "Adoption Manual" for Immigration Officers to use as guidance. If it still exists we would like a copy of the most updated version/final or current version only. We would also like any OM's, PDI's, bulletins, etc. on family class adoption assessments that are currently being used by officers (thus the final version being used right now/current date). In addition to the above... If there are any specific interpretations or guidance pertaining to The Hague Convention on International Adoptions, policies, PDI's, etc. we would also like these documents - final/current versions only. Adoptions to Canada are either from a Hague country or non-Hague country - we would like the IRCC guidance, and assessment criteria, policies, etc. for BOTH.
