Provide January 1, 2016 to present records reports, memos and briefing notes on CMHC concerns about high housing prices and the factors involved; and actions explored. Provide CMHC's assessments, reviews on what other federal, provincial and municipal agencies can do within their responsibilities to lower housing prices. Include preparatory notes and drafts of CMHC President/CEO 's November/16 speech in Vancouver on housing costs. Include CMHC's response to FCM's (Federation of Canadian Municipalities) complaint to Minister Jean-Yves Duclos about that Vancouver speech and follow ups. Provide CMHC's 2016 to present exchanges with a) the Bank of Canada Governor, and b) with the Minister of Finance on addressing increasing housing costs, household mortgage debt, and affordable housing, and use of infrastructure funds and of an infrastructure bank for housing projects. Other records released/to be released under atip on above topics.
