Veterans Affairs Canada was recently reported to fund the acquisitions of marijuana vaporizers for its VAC clients who use medicinal marijuana at a rate of up to $300 per device. Please release in a table format the amount spent on vaporizers by VAC from the inception of the program in 2008 until today. Please include the total number of vaporizers procured each year. If the money comes out a larger fund for marijuana paraphernalia (distinct from actual marijuana purchases) please release the year over year statistics related to that program as well, as well as any subcategories of specific paraphenalia. i.e. 'vaporizers'; 'buttermakers'; 'bongs' et cetera. To the best of your ability please include the numbers of specific items purchased as well.
