I am requesting access to information as per the Access to Information Act, as listed below, and held by CMHC, related specifically to the Renovation Grant provided to Castlefrank Co-operative in Kanata for the renovation of bathrooms and new front doors in the year 2017/18 (originally submitted July/August 2016?). 1. a copy of the co-op’s original proposal for renovation grant, including for kitchens etc. and a copy of any amended proposals, including the final accepted proposal. 2. a copy of any and all relevant communications between CMHC and the co-op related to denial and/or amendment of the co-op’s original renovation proposal, inclusive of any extension requests; 3. a copy of the final approved grant and specifications and related documentation referring to specific costing of renos and relevant dates of completion; 4. Information related to coverage of payment(s) for the project manager and/or the engineer carrying out work related to specification requirements (measurements etc. of kitchens and bathrooms). 5. A copy of any information related to any reimbursement of costs to the co-op (such as for the engineer).

I am looking for the 1991 or at least Pre-1997 CMHC Guidelines for Section 95 On-Reserve Non-Profit Housing. I would like section 1.6 which is the Section that contains 1.6.3: 3. Subject to meeting applicable new home warranty standards, certain deviations from Construction Standards may be accepted by CMHC. Such deviations may include: - in remote locations, requirements for use of grade-marked lumber may be waived if such use leads to unnecessary expense and it has been agreed by the Parties that locally sawn lumber meets the intent of the National lumber Grading Association grading rules for soft lumber; Also send correct publication date, title, and page number so that I can properly site this subsection.

Copies of the Lifetime Costing model (current year and prior year models) from 2012-13 through to 2014-15 inclusive detailing program funding for the On-Reserve Section 95 program 2. CMHC memos or emails related to Treasury Board allocations and costing model-one, five and lifetime thresholds providing the Section 95 and On Reserve RRAP funding from January 2015 to 31 December 2017 3. Details on the surplus lifetime authority for Section 95 units and On Reserve RRAP including explanations of technical issues cited as contributing to reductions in program spending in from 2012-13 to 2014-15 4. The planned delivery, program allocation and final commitments by Region of Section 95 units approved through the Lifetime Costing model-new and existing. 5. Any meeting minutes from January 2015 to 31 December 2017 where technical issues related to Lifetime costing models decisions on allocation of CMHC’s Section 95 funding and subsequent return of surpluses was discussed 6. Any internal e-mails, briefing notes or memos where Lifetime Cost funding, the funding models or First Nation program allocations and spending were raised from January 2015 to 31 December 2017. 7.
