Learning to use GIS information (Concordia University)

I am wanting to find out about the land title ment at maclacan reserve , nitinaht lake . Reserve 11 . Im wanting to build house on my reserve but I'm not sure who really owns reserve no 11. My grandmother , Franis Edgar claims that it was giver to her by her mother , Mary Chipps, who she was given this land by her brother , Morris Dick , I believe. I want to no if there are any records of this reserve going back over 100 yrs.
