Supplementary Estimates (B) 2013-14

Supplementary Estimates (B) 2013-14 Supplementary Estimates are part of the normal parliamentary approval process to ensure that previously planned government initiatives receive the necessary funding to move them forward, therefore meeting the needs of Canadians. They present information to Parliament on the Government of Canada’s spending requirements that were not sufficiently developed in time for inclusion in the Main Estimates, and will from time to time include urgent but unforeseen expenditures, such as natural disasters (an ice storm, H1N1, etc.). Supplementary Estimates directly support an appropriation act. Supplementary Estimates are published throughout the year; each release is identified alphabetically (A, B, C, etc.). Supplementary Estimates (A) are tabled in May and the associated appropriation act is granted royal assent and becomes law in June. These provide federal organizations with the funding they need early in the year. Supplementary Estimates (B) are tabled in late October or early November and the associated appropriation act is granted royal assent in December. Supplementary Estimates (C) are tabled in February and the associated appropriation act is granted royal assent in March. 2022-02-22 Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat open-ouvert@tbs-sct.gc.ca Government and PoliticsAllocations from Treasury Board Central VotesBudgetary Expenditures by Standard ObjectEstimates by Strategic Outcome and ProgramExplanation of Available AuthoritiesStatutory ForecastsTransfers between Organizations Allocations from Treasury Board Central Votes XLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016033711/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/atbcv-accct-eng.xls Allocations from Treasury Board Central Votes XLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016081951/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/atbcv-accct-fra.xls Budgetary Expenditures by Standard Object XLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016081956/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/bsso-dbcd-fra.xls Budgetary Expenditures by Standard Object XLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016033716/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/bsso-dbcd-eng.xls Estimates by Strategic Outcome and Program XLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016033720/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/esop-drsp-eng.xls Estimates by Strategic Outcome and Program XLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016082000/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/esop-drsp-fra.xls Explanation of Available Authorities XLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016033725/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/eaa-ead-eng.xls Explanation of Available Authorities XLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016082010/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/eaa-ead-fra.xls Statutory ForecastsXLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016033729/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/sf-pl-eng.xls Statutory Forecasts XLS https://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/sf-pl-fra.xls Transfers between Organizations XLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016033734/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/tbo-teo-eng.xls Transfers between OrganizationsXLS http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016221106/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/seb-bsdbpr-fra.asp Supplementary Estimates (B), 2013-14HTML http://webarchive.bac-lac.gc.ca:8080/wayback/20151016131731/http://tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/seb-bsdbpr-eng.asp Supplementary Estimates (B), 2013-14HTML https://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/ems-sgd/sups/b/20132014/seb-bsdbtb-fra.asp
