CFIA-Undeclared Allergens and Gluten in Tea and Flavoured Tea - 2018-2019 ​The main objective of this survey was to obtain baseline information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared allergens and gluten in tea and flavoured tea. Of the 199 samples tested, 12 were found to contain undeclared allergens, specifically gluten and sesame.
