Percentage of Time the Mobile Device Services Cellular Network is Available This availability indicator measures the % of time the cellular network / infrastructure is available, as provided by the contracted supplier(s). The indicator does not automatically monitor and measure the availability of individual user devices. Reporting the availability of cellular services provides customers of the service with a sense of confidence that SSC’s services support team is proactively monitoring and supporting the infrastructure to ensure the service is available for use as and when required. This is measured by calculating the uptime divided by the total time. Calculation does not include scheduled downtime. Note(s): For privacy reasons related to competitive advantage, no numeric results will be shown.
