Ministry of Transportation (MOT) Landmark Kilometre Inventory (LKI) The Landmark Kilometre Inventory spatial layer is used primarily by the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOT) to represent routes against which accident data and traffic counts are collected.
