Consolidated federal Acts and regulations –Bulk XML (WEB)
The bulk XML Web files are a slight variation of the files found in the Consolidated federal Acts and regulations – BULK XML files. The WebXML files contain extra data that is inserted as attributes/elements that are used in the process of generating html pages for the Justice Laws website.
The extra data includes attributes containing internal fragment ids for smaller pieces of legal provisions, dates concerning those fragments, @link attributes on XRefExternal tags that point to the root web folder of the Act/Regulation, @lastAmendedDate attribute at the section-level that indicated the date that the section was last amended. The HistoricalNote element is also divided into SubItems.
