Usual Intakes from Food for Energy, Nutrients and Other Dietary Components
The Nutrition Surveillance Data Tool presents usual intakes of energy, nutrients and other dietary components using data collected in the 2015 Canadian Community Health Survey – Nutrition (CCHS – Nutrition). The goal is to complement the full usual intake dataset, also provided below, by presenting key data in an interactive and user-friendly way.
This data tool enables users to look at the 2015 CCHS – Nutrition usual intake data in three ways: Distribution curves, Geographic comparison, and a customizable data table.
The summary data tables of estimates of usual intakes for energy, nutrients & other dietary components from food use data collected from Canadians in the 2004 and 2015 Canadian Community Health Survey (CCHS) - Nutrition. Data are provided for the household population by 16 DRI age–sex groups at the national, regional and provincial levels.
