Under the Anti-Racism Act, 2017 (ARA) and its associated regulation and guidance, the Ministry of the Solicitor General is required to collect, analyze, and publicly report on race- and identity-based data within its correctional services. The document(s) on this page are published for the purpose of complying to the greatest extent with Standard 36 of Ontario’s Anti-Racism Data Standards (ARDS).
