CFIA-Undeclared Allergens and Gluten in Protein Substitute/Vegetarian Meat Products - 2020-2021 ​The main objective of this survey was to obtain additional information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared allergens and gluten in protein substitute/vegetarian meat products.
