Deep substrate model (100m) of the Pacific Canadian shelf

Deep substrate model (100m) of the Pacific Canadian shelf This deep water substrate bottom type model was created to aid in habitat modeling, and to complement the nearshore bottom patches. It was created from a combination of bathymetrically-derived layers in addition to bottom type observations. Using random forest classification, the relationship between observed substrates and bathymetric derivatives was estimated across the entire area of interest. The raster is categorized into: 1) Rock, 2) Mixed, 3) Sand, 4) Mud 2023-07-11 Fisheries and Oceans Canada Dana.Haggarty@dfo-mpo.gc.ca Nature and EnvironmentRugositySeabedSea bedSubstrateOcean floorSediments Deep substrate model (100m) of the Pacific Canadian shelf - TiffTIFF https://pacgis01.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/FGPPublic/Deep_Substrate_Model_100m_Pacific_Canadian_Shelf/rfsubstrate_100m.zip ReferencesPDF https://pacgis01.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/FGPPublic/Deep_Substrate_Model_100m_Pacific_Canadian_Shelf/References_EN_FR_Substrate_model_100m.pdf Data DictionaryCSV https://pacgis01.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/FGPPublic/Deep_Substrate_Model_100m_Pacific_Canadian_Shelf/Data_dictionary_EN_Substrate_model_100m.csv Data DictionaryCSV https://pacgis01.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/FGPPublic/Deep_Substrate_Model_100m_Pacific_Canadian_Shelf/Dictionnaire_de_donnees_FR_Substrate_model_100m.csv Deep substrate model (100m) of the Pacific Canadian shelf - GIS Hub metadataPDF https://pacgis01.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/FGPPublic/Deep_Substrate_Model_100m_Pacific_Canadian_Shelf/GISHub_metadata_EN_Substrate_model_100m.pdf Deep substrate model (100m) of the Pacific Canadian shelf - GIS Hub metadataPDF https://pacgis01.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/FGPPublic/Deep_Substrate_Model_100m_Pacific_Canadian_Shelf/GISHub_metadata_FR_Substrate_model_100m.pdf Deep substrate model (100m) of the Pacific Canadian shelfESRI REST https://gisp.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/arcgis/rest/services/FGP/Deep_Substrate_Model_100m_Pacific_Canadian_Shelf/MapServer Deep substrate model (100m) of the Pacific Canadian shelfESRI REST https://gisp.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/arcgis/rest/services/FGP/Deep_Substrate_Model_100m_Pacific_Canadian_Shelf/MapServer
