Citizen Service Requests (311 Requests) This data set contains information requests and service requests submitted to the City of Montreal via the 311 call system, by email and at the Accès Montréal Offices (BAM). It should be noted that service requests fall into three categories: requests, complaints and comments. WARNING: The data in this set represents all requests submitted regardless of whether they resulted in an intervention by the City of Montreal or not.
