Standardized land wealth
Standardized property wealth (RFU) makes it possible to measure and compare the capacity of municipalities to generate tax revenues and compensation in lieu of taxes. It can be used to share the expenses of intermunicipal organizations such as intermunicipal authorities and intermunicipal transport councils. It can also be used as a distribution base by regional county municipalities. It is an important element in calculating the fiscal potential that is used to distribute the expenses of metropolitan communities.
