CFIA-Undeclared Milk in Milk Alternative Products - 2018-2019 ​The main objective of this survey was to obtain additional information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared milk in milk alternative products. Of the 252 samples tested, 6 were found to contain undeclared beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) and/or casein.
