2013 Resident Satisfaction Survey (archived)
As part of a periodic measurement of satisfaction initiated in 2012 and aimed at including the point of view of Montreal residents in the decision-making process, the City of Montreal mandated SOM to conduct the 2013 satisfaction survey. This wave specifically aims to assess the following dimensions: •The level of satisfaction with the quality of life in Montreal; •The evolution of the level of satisfaction with the quality of municipal services; •The importance given to municipal services and their relative priority; •The level of satisfaction with customer services and web services provided by the City of Montreal; •The ability to find information concerning municipal services and their relative priority; •The level of satisfaction with customer services and web services provided by the City of Montreal; •The ability to find information concerning municipal services and the appreciation of municipal services; contacts with representatives of the City of Montreal (311 service and Accès Montréal offices); •The means of communication used by the City of Montreal with Montreal residents.
