Thanks for your participation! # # The dataset represents Requests and appeals processed between January 1 and December 31. In particular, the CNESST is responsible for applying the Labour Standards Act (LNT). This law aims to regulate working conditions in Quebec and applies to all workers, regardless of where they perform their work. The CNESST monitors the implementation and application of labour standards. A worker who believes that his employer is not complying with one of the conditions set out in the LNT may file a complaint (request) with the CNESST: - related to salary or other planned amounts (pecuniary) - for prohibited practice - for dismissal without just and sufficient cause - for psychological or sexual harassment - administrative - for disparity in working conditions A “complaint file” takes the name of “remedy treated” when its treatment is finalized. In order to ensure respect for privacy and the protection of personal information, processed requests and appeals are listed using an anonymous digital identifier, created for the dataset.
