Quarterly Usage Reports Quarterly Usage Reports (QURs) provided to Public Service and Procurement Canada by suppliers on a quarterly basis, compiling and maintaining records on the provision of services to the federal government under contracts resulting from Standing Offers and/or Supply Arrangements.
