CFIA National Microbiological Monitoring Program Data - 2016/2017

CFIA National Microbiological Monitoring Program Data - 2016/2017 The National Microbiological Monitoring Program (NMMP) and Food Safety Oversight Program (FSO) are food surveillance programs managed by the CFIA to verify industry compliance with microbial standards, facilitate access of Canadian food products to international markets, provide information on the effectiveness of food safety control measures and interventions, and maintain consumer confidence in the safety of the food supply. Under the NMMP and FSO Program, a broad range of imported and domestic food products are sampled at importers, at federally registered facilities (i.e., those that produce food products that are exported or traded inter-provincially) and at retail. Product and environmental samples collected were sent to CFIA laboratories and tested to verify industry compliance with food microbiological safety and quality standards. 2022-04-13 Canadian Food Inspection Agency cfia.openagency-agenceouverte.acia@canada.ca Information and CommunicationsMonitoringFood SafetyMicrobiologyMicrobialNMMP Dairy Products Data - 2016-2017CSV https://open.canada.ca/data/dataset/9597ee27-f837-4b18-8710-a76d6b49c319/resource/6297d01a-5924-43d0-8c69-59172d9a1d0a/download/dairy_products_data_2016-2017_-_donnees_des_produits_laitiers_2016-2017.csv Fish Products Data - 2016/2017CSV https://open.canada.ca/data/dataset/9597ee27-f837-4b18-8710-a76d6b49c319/resource/e4bfc5af-996d-43a0-b7bb-90afca72c16c/download/fish_products_data_2016-2017_-_donnees_des_produits_de_la_peche_2016-2017.csv Fresh and Ready-to-Eat Fresh-Cut Fruits and Vegetables Data - 2016/2017CSV https://open.canada.ca/data/dataset/9597ee27-f837-4b18-8710-a76d6b49c319/resource/0a05fcd2-6bfe-42f4-a9ef-d3db7f53e299/download/fresh_fuits_and_vegetables_data_2016-2017_-_donnees_des_fruits_et_legumes_frais_2016-2017.csv Processed Fruit and Vegetable Products Data - 2016/2017CSV https://open.canada.ca/data/dataset/9597ee27-f837-4b18-8710-a76d6b49c319/resource/4504d84c-2f10-4f55-a5e2-07ba8886c613/download/processed_fruit_and_vegetables_products_data_2016-2017_-_donnees_des_produits_de_fruits_et_legum.csv Red Meat and Poultry Products Data - 2016/2017CSV https://open.canada.ca/data/dataset/9597ee27-f837-4b18-8710-a76d6b49c319/resource/89e8a352-484d-47cb-a6b5-c11d81527f41/download/red_meat_and_poultry_products_data_2016-2017_-_donnees_des_produits_de_viande_rouge_et_de_volail.csv Shell Eggs and Egg Products Data - 2016/2017CSV https://open.canada.ca/data/dataset/9597ee27-f837-4b18-8710-a76d6b49c319/resource/832a1469-9a7e-4360-9b89-af8f91159d8b/download/shell_eggs_and_egg_producst_2016-2017_-_donnees_des_oeufs_en-coquille_et_ovoproduits_2016-2017.csv
