CFIA-Undeclared Soy and Gluten in Infant Cereal - 2018-2019 ​​The main objective of this survey was to obtain additional information regarding the presence and levels of undeclared soy and gluten in infant cereal. Of the 203 samples tested, a single sample was found to contain undeclared soy.
